Level 1
In level 1 you will learn both theoretical and hands on. And when you graduate you will have prepared lots of meals. They are not only nourishing but they are raw, gluten free, sugar free and low in Glycemic. You will get all the material you need from Mekto. After your graduation you are automatically a member in a holistic Raw food chef team where you will be offered further education, inspiration trips and a lot of other activities always with raw food in focus. Mekto also has a private Facebook page for graduates where you can ask questions directly to her and share experiences and ask for advice from former graduates.

You can always call us if you need a payment plan. Money should not be a problem if the course is for you – then you should be able to take it.

Please note that registration is binding and that we reserve the right to cancel the course if we are less than 5 participants in the fysical courses.

You will be learning how to use a chef´s knife, how to culture, about superfood, how to soak and sprout, sweeteners, nutritional information, how it improves your health and so much more.

We will have lessons about sweeteners – understanding low Glykemic, nuts, seeds, sugar cravings and different guests talking about nutrition and health.

So what food will we be making?
This is just a hint of what we will be making such as entrees, juices, breakfast, smoothies, sauerkraut, spaghettis, nut/seed milk, yoghurt, dips, sushi rolls, culture, lasagna, yoghurt, cheese, burgers and more.

LEVEL 2
 
In level 2 you will still be learning both theoretical and hands on. The difference is that there will be more classes and we will go deeper in everything. And when you graduate from Level 2 you will know everything that you need and that Mekto is sharing with you. You will be learning and we will go deeper into sweeteners, thickeners, Glykemic, detox, hoe you do your own raw food demos,  superfoods, spices, flavours and so much more!

We will have lessons about nutrition supplement, skincare products, how to start your own company, traveling and much more!

What food will we be making:
Different breads and salty crackers, Elixir, quiche, cultured foods, cheese, entrees, ethnic cuisines, different deserts including chocolate making, more breakfast, soups, salads, spreads, ice cream, sauces, wraps, shells and more.

Here are some differences:

The weeks in Borås (if you only choose one or both of them doesn´t matter) is located in the forest. We will be having the courses in a house with a big garden. Just a 5 minutes´ walk from the house is a lake with an amazing beach. The forest is so beautiful and it´s meditative just going around, smelling the freshness and just being. Here you can choose either to sleep in the house (for a little amount) or there are hotels about 10 minutes away and some hostels that are not expensive. If you choose to stay in the house you will share rooms. We have a lot of guests coming such as a coaches and more.

The online courses you are doing from your home. And the dates are just a direction (it is good to have that to make a schedule for yourself) but you have a whole year to finish if you need that amount of time.

In Sweden, we have the lake and the forest where will be going on walks, we will have visits from a osteopat, a coach and lots of more! 

We are all holistic, happy pure organic loving people; both in what we eat, wear and how we think. You will be introduced to all Mektos sources, the people she works with and you will get all information about where she gets her supplies from. A diploma does not cost anything and to get a certificate issued you must tell us thow it costs extra (for both Level 1 and 2). The registration is binding and the money is not refundable but it is OK to send someone else in your place if you need to cancel.

So how does a day look like?
We get up about 7, drink water with a lot of superfoods in it (you will get exactly what your body needs). Then we continue with yoga for about 45 minutes (optional).
At 9 we eat breakfast (that Mekto prepared for you) and she will talk about an important subject when we are eating. When everyone is ready we start with the first demo. Then we go directly into hands on. We eat lunch about 12.30 and then everybody gets free time until 2. At 2 we always start with tea and a lesson. After the lesson, we have a demo again and hands on. Then it´s time for dinner. After dinner, you are free in the evening or you can go with us for walks, dive deeper into what we learned and talk to Mekto.

Chaga, tea and filtered water are available (free) during the whole day.

We will also have surprises for you with selected guests.

Founded in 2013 our aim is to enlighten and ensure the knowledge and appreciation of real and pure food.
Started out with different kind of tasting sessions then extended the business to be able to offer classes, courses and education with certified and well known speciality food chefs and specialists.
As our first cooperation starting out in 2017 with Cert. Pure Holistic Raw Food Chef and famous cook book writer Mekto Ganic. Through Pure Food Classes and Courses we can offer raw food certification classes and wellbeing retreats together with Mekto Ganic´.

 

About Ann-Sofie Malmgren

Background in the Hotel- and Restaurant business then studied Business Economics at Lund University. For the latest 10 years working with marketing in the pure food business. Experience from both production, certification processes marketing/sales and brand managing. A wide network of different producers and professionals engaged in the pure food area.
