Kvällens middag, så enkel och god! 200 g green peas, 5 sundried tomatoes, 1 red bellpepper, 3 stalks celery, 1 chopped red chili, 100 g fresh basil, 2 tsp nutmeg, 2 TBS light misopaste, black pepper, 1 cup ( 2 1/2 dl) water and a pinch of mineralsalt. Blend everything until smooth and serve with seeded quinoa and also with fresh spinach and sundried tomatoes or as my son wanted with some fish aswell????. Enjoy and goodnight??.
